Violet Petty Primary School

Violet Petty Primary School is a public primary school that was renamed in honor of a former principal, Ms. Violet Petty. The school's mission is to create a communication network amongst parents, teachers and the community, with the aim of enhancing learning styles for the students. The institution offers grades one to six level education. They are responsible for instilling positive attitudes, morals and values in the children, so that they can feel safe and comfortable in a conducive atmosphere, regardless of their individual differences, social and economic backgrounds. They strive to build a solid academic and social foundation for secondary education. The school has participated in various activities and competitions, such as the St. Kitts-Nevis National Cooperative League and sports, i.e., football championships. The school facility has a large playing field for the children to engage in recreational activities.
