Sea Cliff Eco-Cottages & Gin Distillery

Sea Cliff Eco-Cottages & Gin Distillery is a distinctive eco focused destination in Dominica that combines boutique accommodation with a small scale, artisanal gin distillery, set along the island’s rugged coastline. Sea Cliff is known for its sustainable design, dramatic ocean views and emphasis on locally inspired experiences. The on site food offering is presented as a light, thoughtfully prepared dining experience, often centred on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and simple Caribbean inspired dishes intended to complement the setting rather than operate as a full scale restaurant. A key highlight of the experience is the house crafted gin, distilled on site using botanical elements influenced by Dominica’s natural environment, which is served neat, in tastings or as part of crafted gin based drinks and cocktails. Non-alcoholic refreshments are also available for guests. The combination of eco cottages, coastal scenery, small batch gin production and relaxed dining makes Sea Cliff Eco-Cottages & Gin Distillery a unique lifestyle destination, well suited for commercial tourism listings and destination guides showcasing Dominica’s innovative, sustainable and locally rooted hospitality experiences.
