Scuba Shack was established in 2004, and is Anguilla’s only full-service PADI Dive Resort, operating out of Sandy Ground (at Roy’s Bayside Grill). It is owned and led by Matthew Billington, Anguilla’s only PADI Staff Instructor, who has over 30 years of diving experience. Dive and snorkeling excursions, both scheduled and private.
