Nevis Sixth Form College

Nevis Sixth Form College is a public tertiary level educational college. They offer a two-year Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) program. Students can earn a Certificate after completing individual units, or a Diploma after completing at least six Units including Caribbean Studies, and a Associates Degree is awarded after completing a cluster of ten Units, including Caribbean Studies, Communication Studies and Integrated Mathematics. The college participates in various activities and competitions, such as the Leeward Islands Debating Competition, poetry writing competition, Expo2020, which is an essay writing competition and the annual sports day events and competitions with other schools in on the island. The school also offers support systems for students, through Year Hears, Form Teachers, the Sixth Form team and counseling services.
