Morne Coubaril Historical Adventure Park

Morne Coubaril (also called Morne Coubaril Estate) is a working 18th-century plantation in Soufrière, Saint Lucia. It’s a blend of heritage, agriculture, nature, and adventure—all wrapped in one.

The park offers historical Estate tours, walk through gardens, traditional village replicas, see demonstrations of coconut de-husking, sugar cane juice, cocoa bean processing, and learn about the plantation’s past. In addition, elements of adventure, such as zip-lining through rainforest canopy, hiking to mineral waterfalls (such as Sapphire Falls), horseback riding, and rum & chocolate tasting tours are offered.

The property has an on-site café and buffet lunch options, serving Saint Lucian Creole favorites; tasting of fresh coconut water and cocoa treats. There is also a gift shop selling local crafts and food products. Basic estate tour starts around US$11, more involved packages (e.g., including ziplining, rum/chocolate tasting, and lunch) cost more. The park is great for families, culture and nature lovers. Some activities (zipline, hiking) have physical demands or safety requirements.
