Llewellyn’s Pepper Sauce

Llewellyn's Pepper Sauce is a locally-owned food manufacturer in the island of Nevis. Llewellyn, the owner, is a England born chef, of a Nevisian mother, through her where he gained his first cooking experience, Nevisian style, making fresh bread and coconut tart. Now Llewellyn creates a range of delectable products to savor. The products he offers include, hot pepper sauces, such as hot pepper & thyme sauce, guava, and mango pepper sauces, all made from locally grown ingredients. He also makes delicious ice-creams from fresh fruits, coffee and alcoholic beverages, not forgetting jams and chunteys that are known to bring out the true Caribbean field to the taster's mouth. His products are served at the Four Seasons Resort, Sunshine's Bar and Grill and the local supermarkets in Nevis.
