Government of St. Kitts and Nevis

Government of St. Kitts and Nevis based in St. Kitts is responsible for the overall governance in the Federation. This includes, the Legislative Branch, which stems into the National Assembly and Senate, the Executive Branch, which consists of the Prime Minister, Cabinet, and Ministries, and the Juridical Branch, this contains the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, High Court judges and the Caribbean Court of Justice. Other key responsibilities include, economic development, social services, foreign affairs, and the Nevis Island Administration, which has their own premier, legislation, administration and Nevis Island Assembly.
