Citizen By Investment Unit

The Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) is a governmental corporation located in at the Ministry of Finance in St. Kitts. The organization is responsible for the promotion and management of economic citizenship applications in the Federation of St. Christopher and Nevis, according to the Citizen by Investment Unit Act 2024. The CIU is the administers the world's longest-lived and Citizen by Investment Program. Their main function is to thoroughly assess every application and conduct strict, due diligent background checks, which would determine approval. The Unit notifies the necessary beneficiary of the investment, along with issuing a government approval letter to take an Oath of Allegiance, after which, obtaining a St. Kitts and Nevis Passport. The office of the Unit has a wheelchair accessible entrance available.
