Located at Belmond Cap Juluca on Maunday’s Bay, this restaurant is virtually kissed by the shoreline—dining areas terrace down almost to the water so you get views, sea breeze, and the sound of waves. The décor combines Moorish-style arches, green & white triangular tiles, thatched light shades, marble bar tops, and a relaxed yet stylish bar/lounge area. Elegant but not overly formal. Inspired by traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine, you'll find antipasti (think carpaccio, burrata caprese), fresh pastas, pizzas, and “primi” and “secondi” courses that might include seafood done Italian style or classic Italian meats. Cocktails are elevated and imaginative—there are signature drinks like Sorbetto (vodka + bergamot sorbet + Prosecco), some playful concoctions, plus classics done well. Cip's accommodates all crowd types, table service is provided and wheelchair accessible restroom is available. There is also a kids menu, and all dining options are offered.
