Project Chocolat at Rabot Estate in Soufrière, St. Lucia, offers an immersive, hands-on chocolate-making experience set amidst a lush rainforest. Guided by passionate experts, guests embark on a journey from cacao cultivation to crafting their own chocolate bar. The experience includes touring the cacao groves, learning tree grafting techniques, and engaging in a chocolate-making workshop.
Participants also enjoy a market-style lunch featuring cacao-infused dishes, such as the renowned Cacao Burger. The adventure culminates with a visit to The Cacao Bar, where guests can savor soft-serve "Ice Cream of the Gods" and refreshing cocktails.
