Antigua Barbuda Dual Citizenship

Antigua Barbuda Dual Citizenship refers to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda’s Citizenship by Investment Programme, a legal framework that allows qualified foreign nationals to obtain citizenship and a passport of Antigua and Barbuda while retaining their original nationality where permitted by their home country’s laws. Administered by the Citizenship by Investment Unit under the Ministry of Finance, the programme offers approved investment pathways such as a contribution to the National Development Fund, investment in government-approved real estate projects, business investment or contributions to a university scholarship fund, subject to due diligence, background checks and application requirements. Successful applicants and their families gain the rights and privileges of Antiguan citizenship, including visa-free or visa-on-arrival travel to numerous countries, the right to live and work in Antigua and Barbuda, and access to regional CARICOM benefits.
